Wine and Women: Group seeks to increase women's participation in wine industry Want some mustard and katchup with your peas? The MU Dairy Products Evaluation Team determines the quality of dairy products by tasting, smelling, seeing and touching the products The Food Science Association helps MU students interested in food science careers enter the food industry From creating low-fat ice cream flavors that don't taste low-fat, to developing packaging that protects food from E. coli and other pathogens, food scientists work to ensure the foods that fill your shopping cart are safe, nutritious and delicious.
